I have been a fan of your products, they are effective and easy to use. I have referred my friends and loved ones to the line and have recommended the cleanser and moisturizer for easily irritated sensitive skin. Albeit happy to have used the products I have recently discovered the very dangerous effects of the parabens used in the products. Please reformulate them for health conscious consumers. Parabens pose a health risk and danger that we do not need and it should not be included in skin care. Many other reputable lines like are choosing safer and healthier preservatives in their formulations. This is my one and only reservation about the line without parabens it would be the best skincare line I have tried thus far. Thank you for taking my suggestion.
I was just going to comment about the parabens in your products, and then I saw the comment from consumer2123. I too hope you can come up with a new formulation excluding parabens because I love your products, but I’m afraid of using parabens. Thank you!
YES! Please come up with a formulation without parabens! You will lose lots of potential buyers and lose people who already use it based on everything in the news about parabens
The PARABENS is the reason I hesitate to buy your product. I avoid unnatural or dangerous ingredients in my beauty products. Before buying anything I verify the ingredient/product info with EQG.org
I personally don’t care much about the parabens.Parabens are everywhere welcome to life in the modern world. It’s the large amount and many different types of alcohol that are in the lotions that make no sense to me.How can something that suppose to be made to hold in moisture for delicate and damaged skin, contain so much alcohol. It’s a shame. I would love to try the pm lotion, but I’m afraid in the long run it might damage my delicate skin, esp around eye area. Please consider making the lotion alcohol free.I see a lot of the major skin care companies selling moisturizers without it.I love your foaming cleanser by the way.Keeps my skin soft and acne free.Amazing stuff.
Hi John- our products were developed with dermatologists for use on even the most sensitive skin. We do not include ingredients that damage the skin in the long run.
I just sent an email to Cerave regarding parabens and then came across this thread. I’m glad I am not alone in feeling that Cerave would be a close to perfect product without parabens.
Let’s hope they hear our voices!
Another vote for the removal of parabens. Would love to try a paraben free Cerave cream.
