Eligibility

The CeraVe CeraVe Ultra-Light Moisturizing Gel Sampling Offer (the “Sample”) is available while supplies last. Offer open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, 18+. Limit one offer per person. This offer may be withdrawn at any time. Employees of CeraVe (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, are not eligible to participate.

Sample Value Calculation

The value of the sample provided when you registered is based, in part, on the value of consumer trial of new products and sharing future offers tailored to your interest with competitive value. The value is a practical and good-faith effort often involving the (i) categories of personal information collected (e.g., names, email addresses), (ii) the transferability of such personal information for us, (iii) the value of sample offered, (iv) the volume of consumers enrolled in our programs, and (v) the product or service to which the programs, or price or service differences, applies. The disclosure of the value described herein is not intended to waive, nor should be interpreted as a waiver to, our proprietary or business confidential information, including trade secrets, and does not constitute any representation with regard to generally accepted accounting principles or financial accounting standards.

Disclosures

If you post a comment on any social media channels or write a review about the sample you receive, you must 1) prominently disclose that a sample was given to you by CeraVe by using the “I received a sample” indicator or #GiftedByCeraVe; 2) provide an honest opinion of the product based on your actual use which reflects your true and honest experiences, thoughts, and opinions of the product; 3) have all the necessary rights, including copyright, trademarks or third party permissions to do so. By using #GiftedbyCeraVe you agree that we may reuse your content on social media, CeraVe, or other sites that promote our products.

General Conditions

Offer may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered samples; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of offer requests, or in any offer-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this offer or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the offer, as solely determined by CeraVe, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the offer be, in CeraVe’s sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of CeraVe, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, CeraVe reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of CeraVe which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless CeraVe, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer or acceptance and use of the sample.
